A Lift Jack is a combination of an efficient pump and durable cylinder in one compact assembly to produce lifting capacity. Star produces standard as well as custom lift jacks to fit a variety of applications and lifting requirements. Our base model, the HF500 is a 1 ton jack. It is easy to operate, takes only 4 1/2 pounds of pedal force per 100 pounds of load, and it is fast acting. We offer the HF500 with an "Overload Release Valve (RV)" option. We now also offer a HF500 Stainless Steel lift jack to complement our custom nickel plated lift jack for use in the wash down applications often needed in food services and medical industries. Our new HF600 series is rated for 2 tons if you require more lifting force. For applications requiring hand operation rather than a foot pedal, we now offer the HH700 series of hand-operated lift jacks. This jack is great for use when a load being starts at waist height or above. Each of these families is available in a variety of standard stroke lengths. Some of our lift jacks are designated as stock items and are available for next day shipment. In addition to our standard lift jacks, Star produces custom lift jacks. Common options include:

At Star Hydraulics, we design and build our pumps builds with heavy duty materials so that they can withstand extensive use in some of the toughest environments. Our pumps are often used in critical applications and must work when called upon. However, even with robust designs and high quality components, since the piston and piston packing materials must be in motion for a pump to work, there will be some wear and tear on some of the pump components.

Over time, it may become necessary to replace some of the piston packing materials such as springs, seals and wipers. At Star, we have designed our pumps to make it easy for our customers to replace these items while in application. We have set-up standard seal kits and repair kits and repair instructions for each or our pumps.
